After winning test series against West Indies, now both teams will meet in 3 match Odi series. We all have witnessed how the home team, New Zealand, dominated in the test series against West Indies. Team News : New Zealand

The Blackcaps skipper Kane Williamson will only play first one day match and it was officially announced. He will be rested for the remaining Odi series as well as 1st T20 match. Like Williamson, Tim Southee will play only first Odi and he will take rest for next two Odi matches and 1st T20 match. New Zealand Cricket Board has announced 13 members squad for first match. Colin De Grandhomme will not play this Odi series because he went to Zimbabwe following the death of his father. Bracewell is added to squad in place of Grandhomme. Martin Guptill and Santner are not part of the squad. They have good batting line up in likes of Ross Taylor who is in excellent form, Munro, Nicholls and George Worker. Todd Astle added to squad and he is likely to play. Trent Boult will lead the bowling attack.

Holder will lead this side again. Windies team lost many Odi matches and they are weak in this format but in this series the team looks very good and competitive. Both Gayle and Samuels added to the squad. Especially, Chris Gayle is in superb form with those two centuries in three innings. Both Hope brothers Shai Hope, Kyle Hope added to squad. The in form batsmen Lewis and Jason Mohammadare other good batsmen. Ambris was ruled out as his forearm was fractured during the second test. Samuels and Alzaari Joseph will miss this Odi series due to injuries.Nikita Miller and Ronsford Beaton earned national call. Nurse is only their specialist off spinner.
