If many of you are tired with the on going T20 leagues then this will be a good news. Top two associate teams will start their Odi action once again. Already both teams, Afghanistan and Ireland, faced each other earlier this year in an Odi series. It will be very interesting to watch how Ireland will dominate Afghanistan in sub continent.
Sharjah Cricket Association stadium, Sharjah
Clear Sunny day
Generally sub continent pitches are good for spinners. Sharjah wicket supports for bowlers. Both fast & spin bowlers can get good movement.
Team News : Afghanistan
After winning ICC inter continental championship last week this team is getting ready for another challenge which is in front of them now. Interestingly, Afghanistan have made few changes to their Odi squad. 18 members squad has been announced and Stanikzai will lead this team. The experienced all rounder Shenwari could not make into the squad. Surprisingly, they added Mujeeb Zadran, who had an extraordinary tournament in recent youth Asia cup. The 16 years old Mujeeb Zadran is expected to play his debut game in 1st Odi. Nabi had a good time with Comilla Victorians in BPL and he is in good touch with both bat and ball. Gulbadin Naib always contributes decently well in Odi matches. Their main and important spinner Rashid Khan is in team and definitely he will play a crucial role in terms of bowling. As pitch will support spinners it is not easy for Ireland to escape from Rashid Khan.
Team News : Ireland

Porterfield will lead the batting unit. Balbirnie, Anderson and Wilson are important batsmen. Neil O’Brien has been dropped due to injury and Ed Joyce has withdrawn himself due to personal problems.
